This is the big one! I haven’t made much noise about this project, but I’ve been working on it for the better part of a year, and I’m really happy to finally be able to share it with everyone.
The project is a sourcebook for the Savareen sector called One Shot First. It’s similar in length and style to the officially released sector sourcebooks, but there’s a twist. Instead of modular encounters (which, I think, are my favorite part of the sector sourcebooks), I’ve got a series of potentially-interlocking one-shots. Each is like a mega-modular-encounters set, and for an added bonus, they can be linked together to play a campaign (there’s a continuing story thread) that’s longer than any one of the adventures I’ve put out before!
It’s also got, of course, a requisite treasure trove of new species, items, and vehicles for players to use, and of course lots of information about the sector itself.
I’ve put the maps used in the module up on the site, but there’s actually a lot more to add, including full deckplans for some of the vehicles from the module as well as two scrapped deckplans – I was originally going to include the YT-1760 and the Nova Courier in there, but I hadn’t realized they’d already been published in career books. That’s the last time I trust Wookieepedia’s sourcing! Look for more of those in the future, but for now, enjoy this massive free supplement!
