I got a request a couple of weeks ago from Osprey at the FFG forums for this vessel, and just recently completed it. The YT-2000, known best as the Otana from X-Wing: Alliance, isn’t new, as it’s already a part of the Fly Casual sourcebook, but the deckplan (obviously) is. You can find it up on the Deckplans>Medium Craft page.

I draw all of the items/props I use for the ship interiors. I’ve released several of them in downloadable packages on my site – head on over to the miscellaneous resources page to see them. Thanks for the compliment!

Hi there i’m just getting back into GMing and your maps are brilliant!! I was just wondering what program you used to create them as it would be a great way to plan adventures through the week. Also any pointers on making maps in general? Thanks

Hey, thanks! All of my maps I make using Paint.NET (sub in GIMP and Photoshop as you like). I don’t have any non-specific pointers for you (in regards to map-making), but I do have several assets available to support it over in the Miscellaneous section of the site.

Hey Peter,
Really impressed with the great work you’ve done with the maps and deckplans. I wasn’t sure about the best way to contact you, so I’m hoping this will work. I’m currently running two separate campaigns with groups that both have YT-1760s as their starting ship.
I’ve found a few different deckplans through Google, but none that really sit well with me, and most if not all are labelled and so don’t work as well for my purposes as maps on sites like Roll20. I was very impressed by your work and was hoping that if I asked nicely enough and used just the right amount of flattery, you might consider tackling the YT-1760 as your next project? 😉
All the best,
J.T.

Hey J.T.
I’d be happy to add that to the docket. Right now I’m working on a battlemap for someone else, so I can’t get to your request right away, but I’ll take it on after that project. If you’ve got any specific desires for the interior, please let me know – it looks pretty straightforward (an overengined, undersized little brother to the YT-1300), but I’m happy to work with you.
